Ne zatvarajmo oči!

“The problems of the little man and how to address them” – in this case, the problem and solution concerning children’s online safety were the starting point for another campaign in a series of integrated campaigns we have conducted for our long-standing client – the company “m:tel”.

This resulted in  “Ne zatvarajmo oči!” (let’s not close our eyes!), a campaign which primarily addresses the parents, but also the general public, aiming to spread the message about the importance of protecting children in a virtual environment. Since “m:tel” is not only a company that provides internet access services but also the largest internet provider in the country, it made sense for us to initiate this topic.

The campaign was designed and implemented with the goal to:

alert, educate about the dangers lurking on the internet, and provoke thoughts/spark discussion between parents and children.

And how to do it most effectively? By confronting every potential actor in this chain – which is each of us – with fear. About what can happen and what the consequences are due to inadequate or unmonitored internet use by children.

As the best way to achieve this, we chose a video that brings all the listed elements, aiming to awaken the public, remind, point out, and further raise awareness of a problem that could easily be the story of any family.

As child safety on the internet is a topic that neither we nor our client view as a platform for self-promotion, but as a serious issue that needs to be addressed seriously, Unicef BiH and Plavi telefon. (Blue Phone) were invited to join the campaign by m:tel.
