Be Free: Delete negative, create positive

We know – to provide top and professional service to our clients, we think – by designing innovative projects, and we dream – by bringing creativity to each of them. As a leading full service advertising agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with many years of experience behind us and over 1000 successful marketing ventures, we are once again invited to share our knowledge, thoughts and dreams. Be Free: Delete negative, create positive project implemented by International Organization for Migration (IOM) and Free radio Prijedor, allowed us to share successful business examples with future colleagues, radio journalists.

For the last two weekends, our experts in the field of graphic design, digital marketing and directing shared their expertise, experience and skills with participants of the first and second generation of Free radio’s School of Journalism. After a two day long get-together in Prijedor on July 11 and 12, we organized the last weekend of training, in line with its themes – online.

Our „digital“ team, Snježana Novaković and Gorana Divjak, talked about types of content can on social networks, and showed how to create an effective message and determine target groups. About 25 participants, ie students of the School of Journalism, also learned more about paid advertising on networks, such as Facebook and Google Ads.

“Since they work on the radio, we focused on how to present their radio show on social media, what caption should follow the posted content, but also how to find their target groups ” says Snježana.

Marina Jungić, senior graphic designer, teamed with the famous movie director Saša Hajduković, made sure that our future juornalists learn more about how to create visual content. By visualing real posts, they learned the basics of graphic design and stepped into the world of video production. Some of the questions they got answers to were how to convey the message with design and how to apply typography to posts on social media. In order to convay the value of creativity, Marina pointed out by how colors can affect human emotions and their importance in social media posts.

“After the training, participants will be visually conscious individuals who will be able to apply their knowledge on a given topic. They will be able to respond to clients’ request and determine the target group through posts’ visual presentation” said Marina.

The project is being realised with the support of Bosnia and Herzegovina Resilience Initiative (BHRI) programme, which is implemented by International Organization for Migration (IOM) with the financial support of United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
